The Bostons Project
Annie and I found each other in 2007. Abandoned outside a shelter in Tennessee, she was skittish and fearful at just a year old. She's blossomed now–a playful pup, Annie loves to destroy toys, play ball, and true to the 'bully breed' in her, she needlessly defends our home without reservation.
I didn't know what I was getting into when I brought home Murray after his second stay at the rescue. Expecting a mellow, mature dog, he still surprises me. Murray is the life of the party, a wannabe stunt dog, and my constant companion. He made fast friends with Annie, and now they're forever bonded.
The Bostons is an ongoing project documenting my pups: their ever-evolving personalities and relationship with each other.
Update 2018: We recently said our final farewell to Murray after 8 1/2 years together. He left a huge hole in our hearts but we are grateful for our time with him. We are better people because of him.
