Bipawtisan March 2019
For the third year in a row, I covered the Bipawtisan March organized by non-profit We The Dogs DC. The dog-focused event benefits 4 local animal rescues – this year $12,000 raised.
Every year I offer my services to a select group of charities and events I believe in. This event is so very "DC" and I absolutely love seeing masses of dogs (&owners) walking down the streets advocating for animal rescue. It's the kind of event that hits me in the heart and I'm happy to play a small role in it.
This year as we walked through the Capitol Riverfront and Navy Yard, you could see the joy it brought the community. With "I LOVE THIS!" and "Ahhh! So many dogs!" being shouted from passersby. It was quite something.
